hexed expands on the console discovery application model - efficient input waiting and output build-up to create a hex viewer. It does one thing well. Drop any file and quickly navigate a pleasing display. Customize for the single-byte character sets (SBCS) you use.

Some things that might turn you off:
- late Win10+ only.
- written by proxy with AI mostly. [gpt5.6]
- uses the win32json calm projection.
- uses NEWCOFF bigobj format.
