A small utility that reads information about all user accounts from the HKLM\SAM\SAM\Domain\Account\Users registry key. Each user has a separate key named their RID. This key contains two F/V parameters, which this utility decrypts. The archive includes the source code and a test application (run as administrator with the right mouse button). Thanks for sharing. It works great. OS version 10.0.26200. Your tool outputs much better info than Computer Management -> Local Users and Groups.
