A small utility that reads information about all user accounts from the HKLM\SAM\SAM\Domain\Account\Users registry key. Each user has a separate key named their RID. This key contains two F/V parameters, which this utility decrypts. The archive includes the source code and a test application (run as administrator with the right mouse button).
