section flags in ms coff

hello:
I have found 2 things with the ms coff format that i think should be corrected:

1.- sections with only reserved data are marked with 2 flags:
"Initialized Data"
"Uninitialized Data"

2.- empty sections are marked with the "Initialized Data" flag

or is this correct?

The "Initialized Data" is there if and only if you specify it yourself for the section. Remove "data" flag from the section definition to get rid of this flag.
