I have make a litle util that generate inc files(like "fasm\INCLUDE\API") with import information.
How to use: choose the dll or exe file, and than press "Generate", after this the inc file will be generated in the same directory as file.

ps. Now Support only PE(32 bit)

Doesn't work as expected on Server 2003 x64 (even with 32-bit PEs). The program starts, I can browse, but "Generate" button does nothind and changing the API tick doesn't make "Generate" button work either :S

Maybe someone with XP can work it out...
