How can i force to compile exported functions assigned with specified index value. In c it is @value after the function description (i dont know c just to avoid any confusions).

I think FASM macros doesn't support this, and so you have to build export section yourself. Study PE headers exporting, and build export section yourself, without using macros.

Search board for "PE from scratch", that could help you
