Is it possible to find set_bank: (in vesa12.inc) for Voodoo Banshee video card? Now i can run this OS only in Vesa 2.0 modes.

you can debug-dissasemble the bios to know how the bank switch is done
usually is done by writing one command and the bank number to some port.
