IMHO fresh should install in directory you specify, not create new subdirectory.
Or at least put there some note that it will create new directory named "fresh" etc...

No. It is a normal self extracting archive. Only that it is uses much better compression (LZMA) than ZIP, so the package is smaller.
Of course you can download standard ZIP package if you don't like installers.

When I will have more time for that, I'll prepare much better installer, that will set icons for .asm files, associate files with Fresh, etc. But package with installer will be available as well.
