Hello,

Some new video cards (especially NVidia ones) do not support higher resolutions in text mode. For example, my graphics card (NVidia GSO 512) does not "understand" resolutions larger than 132 columns. I have some signals that newer cards do not support video modes with a resolution higher than 80x25. They display the contents of the video memory in text mode as if it were in graphics mode. Has anyone encountered this problem and know how to work around it?

I was playing with AX=0xF402 mode 105h SVGA 128x48x16 text
I forgot to include wd.inc sorry, so the first 3 people got the bad version.
I can't seem to get bank switching figured out.
How do I put graphic colors where I want them ?
How does BIOs cursor position in DOS memory at [ 0:0450h ] affect the text or graphics ?
How come VGA mode 94 looks like SVGA mode 0x4F02 105h
I can't seem to quite figure this graphics thing out.
Where did I go wrong?
What am I missing here ?
