So, it's actually the release version of (unfinished) 0.9.0. AFAIK the only point of interest is the src/conv/fp_t.inc, and various functions it calls (src/conv/_qfp*.inc).

I may use this as inspiration because I am building my own library of functions that is supposed to be compatible with both 32 bit Linux and 16 bit DOS. Mine is much smaller though and only is meant to handle outputting zero terminated strings and integers in any base from 2 to 36.

But good job on your project. When people make libraries like this, it allows portability between operating systems. Honestly, portability is the reason C has been my main language, but I just don't like the bloat of a 15 kilobyte file even for hello world. Assembly allows that fine control and reducing size of the executable.
