Visual File Splitter FSV.com & FASM source code.
Splits files by Bytes or Lines, by showing the split area and you move the cursor to the split point. I made it to split large .ASM files to a size that NC.exe could edit, so RET & a : colon for labels is colored, on screen, to assist in finding the split point. It will add a line to the end of the outfiles that include "NextFile.###" if inFile has an .ASM extension. (in UPPER case)
I threw in FCOPY.asm to put them all back together again, and COLORS.asm might help also. I've never seen anything like FSV.com and if you have, I would like to hear about it. I could use some input also. Does it assemble to the same code as my .COM files according to FC.exe ? What OS did it run on? Or not run on? Suggestions? Complaints? Is it worth porting to another OS ? Or including in another program?
And it's FREE WARE.
PS. if you have a problem with me or anything I'm doing, please PM Private Message me.
