i need simple prog whic will use ftp down / upload... is possible use cmd commands too?

VB, if you're gonna use a microsoft thing, make it even easier:

Open an Internet Explorer browser window.

Type ftp://sulaiman.netadvant.com in the address bar.
(or just click the link here)

A windows dialogue box should appear asking for a name and password.

After supplying that info, use the browser window as you would any other windows folder (eg: drag files into it, create folders by rightclick>new, rightclick old file and del it, whatever).
