I wrote simple editor, which makes solid object based on bezier curve.
http://macgub.vxm.pl/win/rotated_bezier.zip -> src & bin.
http://macgub.vxm.pl/win/rotated_bezier_big.jpg -> image of example object.
Cool

Would you like to give some hints how to use your program? I don't see any menu and don't know how to save the result (I suppose that such a possibility should exist in your application).

Simple description is in header of file 'rotated_bezier.asm'. To Your comfort I paste it below.

Program makes rotared solids with Bezier curve based wall. Green lines with red bars on begin and end - curve derives. Line with bright blue bars on begin and end - axis. You can modify curve and axis using mouse (left button on bar and move). Saving to 3ds file 'object.3ds' - press TAB. For now there are problems with 3ds compatibility, only my viewers see it (to download 3ds viewer search my web page 'http://macgub.hekko.pl'). There are also problems with saving to file - there is need to rechange directory. Probably file handle is not correctly closed.

edit: I fixed problems with saving. Thanks to AsmGuru62.

Thanks, now I know how to export data to a file - the TAB key does the job (and the 3ds file is created in the current directory).

I think you may combine this application with your 3d viewer. Any modification of the curve would immediately affect the model of the solid object and this would be truly spectacular.

Yeah, this looks and behave almost exactly I had imagined it, great job macgub! Image Immediate preview of project changes gives a lot of joy and satisfaction. I think that you may need to make some cosmetic changes in the graphical interface but even now your application is certainly something that many can like from the first glance. Keep it up! Smile
