As usual, download the new version from the download page
The main new feature is (thanks to the new FASM 1.70) the support of cross reference reports. It works in the label explorer (Main menu|Project|Labels explorer) for all labels, and from the editor context menu ("Cross Reference" or Ctrl+R) for individual labels.
