Today's release could be called the "1.70 release candidate". I have updated the documentation will the information about the syntax of all the new things added in 1.69 development line and I plan to close this line finally. I did not want it to last this long - the fact that 1.68 milestone was taken down from the official download page long ago shows that something went not exactly as I planned. After releasing a good 1.70 milestone I may open 1.71 line for further development when there come some new things to implement, but I will keep it as a parallel download (and I hope it will not suffer the same fate as the 1.68 + 1.69.x pairing).
