Ok, I have tried to do it myself, but failed.
I have laptop, which does not have a floppy drive. It's CPU: AMD64 x2. How to install Menuet 64 (or use it without installation) on my computer?
Note: I have Windows Vista allready installed and I don't whant to lose it.

Bochs emulates x86 and x86-64, and QEMU also supports AMD64, ARM, Alpha, ETRAX CRIS, MIPS, MicroBlaze and SPARC when in full emulation, so I guess they won't have any problems with 64bit code.

You can make a batch (in QEMU directory) to run MenuetOS64 in QEMU:
qemu-system-x86_64.exe -L . -m 512 -fda M64-094B.IMG -localtime
-m 512 - means 512MB of memory (transparency needs 512, without it you can put 256 there)
Just make sure your *.bat file and *.IMG file are in the QEMU root folder

There's also a QEMU Manager http://www.davereyn.co.uk/download.htm which is a GUI for QEMU (feels like VMWare a bit).

You can use MKBISO to convert a floppy image file into an .ISO for burning to CD-R (or whatever).
