The BIOS does not provides an interface for manipulating files. You can still use Int13, but you'll have to handle the file system (e.g. FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, Ext, etc) yourself.
Search in OS Constructions threads related to FAT, there are some that use BIOS but take in mind that you'll probably won't be able to use it with your hard disk as it is probably formatted in NTFS or Ext2/3. |
