There is no THAT simple way, sorry. you need to understand floating point number representation, bignum operations, etc. etc.

There is a word algorithm from one of my Professors (my favourite one to add): http://www.eecg.toronto.edu/~moshovos/ECE243-2008/l02-representations.html There is a "word" algorithm towards the end of that lecture note. |
