Hi everyone!
I have great news: It is possible to link .obj created with pecvt.exe, but it must be linked with newer linker. So, what I have done is copied VC folder from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0\VC" to my C drive and called linker from there and everything runs smooth. I apologize to strap89 that I doubted that pecvt was working corectly Now I can debug FASM coff files with WinDbg in source mode Hallelujah! here is the example:
