I cant understood... where can I place HLT instruction? In my code only Scheduler is in CPL0... so hlt can be only in Scheduler... BUT if I will place HLT in Sched - my multitasking will be crashed...

HLT is usually in the idle task. When there is nothing else to schedule the idle task runs.

BTW: HLT is a privileged instruction so it also needs to be executed at CPL0.

But idle tasks normally have a lot of system management things to do, it is normal for it for be a privileged task.
