On holydays i've wrote a program to extract files of my old home-made PC from cassetes with intermediate storing them into wav-file. To test it i made an "ideal" file manually with macro. Of course, macros are not ideal - some parameters are hardcoded into macro, but can be used as a clue to someone who wish to do something similar Wink

some technical data: it is not for ZX-Spectrum! Smile it's for series of old Soviet PCs like Radio-86RK, Specialist (Fachivets) and similar. "0" - front down, "1" - front up, pilot - sequence of "0"s, ended with synchrobyte "E6h"

file contains also key part, cutted from wav, written from real cassete

if somebody occasionally interesting with reading program - it can be found there (on this page - page is in russian)

Filename: wav_spec.
Filesize: 7.78 KB
Downloaded: 751 Time(s)

UNICODE forever!
