I downloaded MenuetOS and I wanted to put it on my laptop, which is an old Compaq Contura 410c, so I could get used to it before I put it on my computer. I get through the part where it loads the image from the floppy and then it goes to a black screen with some text and at the end it sais
All set - press ESC to start
so I press ESC and the it sais
Unmasking all IRQs
then it just sits there and doesnt do anything. Any help would be appreciated Cool

Never mind I gave up on my lap top and just went ahead and put it on my pc. I do have a different question though. How can I get my drives and sound to work, and is there anything I should do to setup MenuetOS, when I go to quit and click ok I have abunch of options, what do each of them mean??? I know I sound like a complete n00b but this is my first non-windows "expirience". I also want to try PHLACK (I think its called) and knoppix.
