Just a little off-topic request: can you encode it as UTF8 instead of CP850? It would make some of our lives easier ...

It is BIOS charset, it is intended to be viewed in text mode only. For the graphic mode you've got the FASM.PDF.

I prefer the TXT file since I can search through it w/my editor (vim). It's not a big deal, I just convert the charset... but perhaps you can put a not in the file saying the encoding so others not as resourceful as I can display it properly.

This is a default DOS charset and I put this version of documentation only in releases for DOS and Win32 console (which also displays it the same way as DOS). There is also a pure ASCII version in the Linux package - you might try that one.
