If you have WinAsm you can open the WinAsm project and run from there the coff version, or use command tool and WinDbg
I have uploaded the final version that should work on any machine which has in masm32>bin these tools:
1. BCC55 make.exe
2. pecvt.exe
3. newer link.exe (my is 'Microsoft ® Incremental Linker Version 8.00.50727.42' which comes with Microsoft SDK 6.0
You need also a newest wafasm.dll 1.80...

set up Add-Ins>Add-Ins Manager>FASM support v 1.80.1>configure
MAKE:
Type Path to the make utility
MAKE %masm32%\bin\make.exe

Here is VS2005 example for those who would like to connect fasm with VS2005
(thanks to strap89 http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?t=9936)

You have to put fasm.rules in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\VCProjectDefaults
pecvt.exe in C:\fasm
fasm2vs.exe in C:\fasm
Scan.exe and Scan.ini in C:\fasm
and vs2fasm.bat C:\fasm

I have fixed vs2fasm.bat so that it calls Scan.exe to create .ini file for VS2005

Here is the new version of PECVT.EXE for new version of FASM.EXE
because fas file signature changed from 0x1B736166 to 0x1A736166
Just replace former version with this one if you installed the flat assembler version 1.68 or later
