I loaded the image to the floppy and boot from it. It let me select video card and mouse port and such, then it loaded up and told me to press "ESC" to start.

The soon after I press "ESC" key, the machine just hangs there and I have to press my reset key to reset it.

The same thing happens no matter how much time I try

I have also tried different screen mode and RAM setting and still have the problem

Did you format a floppy disk in drive A:
then MSETUP.EXE to make a boot disk for MeOS ?
a clean disk helps. Make a few disks to try ?
What kind of system are you running on ?
video card ?
CPU ?
