I'm a bit confused with time zones. I live in Minsk, Belarus. When I set up time zone in Windows, it is GMT+2 (Athens, Beirut, Istanbul, Minsk).
But %t expression in fasm generates GMT time that is 3 hours less. And to take this forum... All times are GMT+2... and it shows 23:44 now, but it's already 00:44 in my system tray!!!!! WHERE IS ONE HOUR???

%t must be working with system time which is not local time (it is UTC time).
