Thanks, good talk, very uplifting. I enjoyed his demeanor and especially his footware, casual, yet practical.
The Chopin prelude was expertly performed, and quite attractive. I once had the pleasure of listening to Vladimir Ashkenazi perform the same composition, so, it brought back some pleasant memories. His request to think of someone no longer with us, was sad, and he brilliantly explained how the Chopin prelude communicated that sadness.
The reference to the struggles in Ireland could equally have been applied to many other parts of the world where folks are dying, today, due to religious strife, overpopulation, or greed.
All in all, an excellent link, thanks Tomasz.
Smile

I can't believe that I actually found this video, especially the first few minutes, meaningful. Let's face it: a video like this is intended for OLD blokes only! I guess I finally have to admit that I'm getting old ... Sad
