my desktop got more devices that one power supply could support, so, i think 2 power supply might solve this problem

but

the problem is,
when i connected the green holes (16) with wire to any of the black holes on my 2nd power supply, the fan would runs, but doesn't supply power to the devices, so, how to make this power supply runs the fan and supply power to devices?
