^^I discovered some very nice songs in the last pages.

Here is a song by London based artist, James Mathé.

Barbarossa - The Load (2013)
I've heard it for the first time in my life and I have to admit that this simple song is mind-blowing.

As I've noticed, lyrics of the song don't necessarily have to be logical - those aren't philosophical dissertations. The most impressive texts sound like written during a dream. The flow of thoughts is absolutely free, sometimes illogical, but represents the truth of the heart. And that's the most important thing here, IMO. Smile

Here you have a nice old song by Street Boys, a French band.

Nice song. But I prefer the following:

Scissor Sisters - Baby Come Home

Indeed, music videos serving as a kind of illustration for songs by Scissor Sisters are something surprising yet funny. I like their music style, mimicking that popular in 70's. Smile

That's a truly beautiful music theme. It must have been presented here before because I recall its title but anyway it was definitely worth re-recommending. Wink

If I remember correctly, it's a leitmotif of the radio programmes in RTHK aired every Sunday and has been sung frequently by Albert Au there. Wink

Frankly speaking, I don't understand why the French language has been called the language of love... Well, this honorific title should rather belong to Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese because the most enchanting, charming songs I've heard till now has been performed in that languages. Chinese songstresses seem to have got a specific tone of voice, sweet and mild... Wink Cool

This is one of the most intriguing performances I have watched recently. Passionate artistic interpretation combined with moderate choreography plus a catchy instrumental background gives us an explosive mixture. Smile

The first thing I have noticed here is a truly spatial sound. The second thing is an exuberant melodic line full of unexpected twists, and voice meanders. Somehow this kind of arrangement reminds me of Jewish klezmer music combined with blues and British pop music of 60's. Wink

This is one of my favourites:

The lyrics are from Rabi'a al-Adawiyya's words:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

None saw it;
Neither did Aminadab appear.
