Yeah, I do recognize this songstress. Her voice sounds like that of Faye Wong:

  2. Faye Wong - Eyes On Me

  3. 王菲 - 暗湧

Well, I have known the voice of Faye Wong since the November 2008 when you recommended the song bearing the number 3 on the list mentioned above. I couldn't even expect that her voice may improve so greatly. I'm simply speechless... to me it's just the best of the Chinese songstresses I have ever heard (beside Teresa Teng, of course, who is an absolute empress of Chinese pop and traditional songs, incomparable and superior).

If I had to compare the voice of Faye Wong with those of other Chinese songstresses, it would be something like:

movie vs. still picture

sculpture vs. drawing

and so on... In her voice I can hear some kind of "smile". I don't see her face but I can imagine that smile easily noticeable in the vocal. Wink

It's a lovely song with a quite cheerful video accompanying the melody. Smile

Yeah, I remember this song. It's a kind of evergeen and worldwide known tune. I'd like to see you playing this music piece some day - making a YouTube MV from this performance is a must! Wink

The first song on the presented list is utterly catchy. It is simply my type.

The male vocal of the second one sounds extremely like that of Albert Au:

Albert Au - Amazing Grace (in Chinese/Cantonese)

The third music piece is also nice: soothing & comforting.

The first one on the presented list is simply amazing. Modern Christmas songs could hardly be more creative than THAT. Very nice recommendation! Wink
