Despite of the somewhat enigmatic video the song is an example of good rock. Interesting recommendation. Wink

Both are nice music pieces, though I prefer the first one as it reminds me of the following:

Secret Garden - Nocturne

Haha, good one. Very Happy

I wonder why I didn't get to know about this group earlier? They are awesome, have got a mesmerizing singing manner, each of their songs is a hit. Most of the songs are stylized to mimic characteristic and unique atmosphere of the late 60's and early 70's. Talking honestly, they really did it right! I think that I've just found another favorite music band to listen to. Wink

Another song from Stargate Universe!!:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMsTSdHIJds

There have been a few TV shows which play/promote some really top notch music: Stargate Universe, Continuum , ...

These people are getting paid well--I'm sure--to feature and properly place the right music in the different scenes of the show. I think I know at least 2 who could probably earn a good living and do a superb job of placing the appropriate music in scenes!! Yong and MHajduk have the knowledge, taste, and talent to do this for a living. If I ever run into a Hollywood producer, I'll know who to recommend

The more I listen and post here, the more I appreciate the placement of music in movies, TV shows, and commercials. It's a gift. I think the first movie that made me notice the interplay of music and movie was "American Graffiti" I saw that movie 3 times the summer it came out.

Also from Continuum:

Wide Mouth Mason: Only the Young Die Good

Couldn't find a good link to this song. I've been listening to their catalog on Spotify.

Here is a link to one of their songs I like even more:

Almost the answer to: I Hate Myself for Loving You!

What is a "Wide Mouth Mason"?

You have to name your band something!

The song sounds quite familiar to me, must have been presented here. Funny, but sometimes, when I'm listening to this music piece, I have a feeling that it is Anthony Wong not Ekin Cheng who performs that song, their voices and singing styles are so similar here. Wink
