Yeah, most of the credits belong to MHajduk, who has recommended a myriad of music pieces from every hidden corner under the sun. Wink

The musical choices by MHajduk are endless and wondeful. He could have an excellent ethnic/traditional music blog, have his own radio show, be a columnist in a music magazine. oh yes. Smile

Here you have a song by 'The Silencers', a Scottish rock band formed in London in 1986.

The Silencers - Number One Friend (1995)

I can hear here strong influences of the music style of 60's. It's a very nice song with quite interesting, non-trivial lyrics. Wink

So, can we conclude that the singer is pretending to use such an incandescent light bulb as a microphone? Wink

Very nice recommendation indeed. And yes, a wise forum member has already recommended this Japanese classic for a couple of times before. Guess who? Rolling Eyes Wink

Completely agree. I think MHajduk should consider a career in the music industry. It seems that someone has removed my name from his commendation! Anyway. Wink

I like the first song on your list, which is on a par with the 2014 standard. Top-notch recommendation. Wink

I agree with YONG, this music piece is very nice indeed and seems that I have heard it somewhere as the melody sounds familiar to me. Wink

All of the songs listed above are beautiful but the first one appears to be the most appealing to me due to the improbably catchy melody, pure and simple, creating a sentimental atmosphere. Smile

Yeah, incandescent bulbs have been withdrawn from use in EU too. Very funny clip with a quite humorous text. Wink

I like the first song on your list, which somehow gives me the impression that it is recommended by Picnic. Wink
