What a powerful and classic vocal! The following is something similar but contemporary:

Josh Groban - Falling Slowly

What a powerful, pure voice with incredible range!! My guess: tenor to bass.

Thanks,

farrier

This is a very nice song with a pleasant melody. The way Josh Groban sings always gives music pieces something extraordinary and unique. Smile

Yeah, accordingly to Wikipedia he had a voice "with an extraordinary vocal range of four and a half octaves, ranging from the soprano to bass registers". Smile

The first on your list sounds like a folk song to me while the second is definitely an example of the electronic disco music of the 80s. Very nice recommendations. Wink

Seems that "Arrival" by ABBA was so great that inspired many artists to make their own interpretation of the song. This is the second cover of "Arrival" beside of "Belle" I've heard so far. Wink

The song performed in a highly appealing manner, a style that reminds me some songs by Lenka (an Australian songstress-songwriter) kept in a joyful atmosphere of 60's. Wink

The presented music piece is light, pleasant, even a bit like a folk song.

Here is a top-notch live performance by this music group:
