All those songs by Alan are wonderful but I like the first the most. It has got all features I'd like to find in perfect songs: dynamic rhythm, high and clean voice of the songstress harmonized with deep basses in the background. I think composers of pop songs should listen to more Baroque music pieces (especially Bach ones) to understand that musical composition should contain the entire sound spectrum not only low or only high tones. Well, most pop song composers are asked (and paid) to write music pieces for targeted/chosen good-looking singers/songstresses that may or may not have wide vocal ranges. We can't blame these song-writers for not creating music pieces that span three octaves! Wink

Lovely duet. I wish there existed a high-quality, complete version of the song on the Internet. Wink

I prefer the 2nd song on your list. I believe the cute, adorable songstress in the MV has captured the lonely heart of one of the forum members. Nice recommendation. Wink

The second track has got quite original piano backing but I definitely pick the third one as my favorite due to emotional vocal and elaborated instrumental arrangement. Wink

  2. ImageImageImage Paula Fernandes - Um Ser Amor

I like both songs on your list, though the first MV seems more appealing to me. First of all, it is quite rare to see a pretty songstress in a sexy dress playing the guitar. Secondly, the aforementioned songstress appears to be left-handed. Last but not least, the background cartoon looks funny to me as well. This is a unique recommendation! Wink

This light and pleasant song is apparently stylized on the 60's music style. I like its melody and the sonorous voice of the singer. Wink
