i love this song Smile Smile
Yeah, sleepsleep, you have just Rickroll'd me. Wink

I know the first song very well but I don't remember if I saw the videoclip. Both songs are very pleasant and could make every work easier. Wink

Yes, this is really nice... I liked the clip also. BTW, what means the word "dewi"? Is it something like "goddess" (I guess that this song is devoted for some woman Wink )?

I liked second song for the instrumental background. Smile Voice of the singer also sounds intriguing... Wink

Almost exactly ten years ago, in the summer of 1999, I heard for the first time famous hit "Şımarık" (with characteristic repetitive sound motive Wink ) performed by the Turkish singer Tarkan:Songs presented below are more musically sophisticated IMO and probably you will like them more than "Şımarık" Wink :
Very Happy

dewi is like "female deity" or you can understand it as fairy.

Thanks for explanations. Smile I associated word "dewi" with Sanskrit "devi" which means "goddess", so it was a good supposition. Wink

I think that this is one of the best songs you've recommended last times, YONG. Very Happy First accords surprised me because I thought it could be something from the classical music. Wink Beautiful melody and performance.

Probably these two musical propositions performed by Mieczysław (Mietek) Szcześniak, Polish singer and composer, will correspond well with your today's suggestion Wink :

Lily Was Here is a single, released in November 1989, from the soundtrack of the Dutch movie De Kassière.
Nice, downtempo relaxing, well known tune.

All Ronald Cheng songs presented by you are very good but this one is simply awesome - I liked its symphonic background. Very Happy I think that if people in Europe would be more open-minded and more interested in the other cultures we could listen to such compositions in the popular TV and radio stations everyday... I remember Paula Tsui from her song performed in duet with Teresa Teng... very intriguing female low voice. Wink

I wish to present two songs performed in Basque language (language of the Basque people living mainly in the north-eastern Spain and south-western France). I'm curious if you like them:

Yes, this is really beautiful old English song. I heard it many times in various versions (I remember harp one) but I haven't associated this with the title. Wink Everybody, who listens to this song, can feel its distinguishable Celtic motives, probably because it has roots in folk Welsh chants.

Some time ago I found interesting Tibetan song: rousing fusion of the contemporary rhythm and sentimental folk melody. I perfectly understand that singing style could be considered unusual by most people here, but this shouldn't be any barrier for those, who can see real beauty behind the curtain of the ordinary things. Wink

Yeah, right... I noticed that Asian music has addictive features. Wink Here you have another two Tibetan songs which I like very much:
Your recommendation perfectly fits in general style to the "Greensleeves" song - sounds like fusion of medieval music (based on the Celtic romances) and Chinese folk song! Shocked I liked especially these sharp harpsichord-like sounds.

It works but the data transfer is horribly slow...

Seems that Anthony Wong's voice and his singing style are so characteristic that I would be able to recognize his songs by the first accords. Wink Yeah, this artist is really worth to remember.

Recommended song is very good because it carries significant emotional weight. Image Instrumental background and voice seem to be calm but somehow anxious, we can feel some hidden energy and nostalgia here.

Very nice composition, indeed. Smile It somehow reminds me songs performed by Polish actress and singer Kalina Jędrusik (* 1931 - † 1991). Example presented below becomes from beginning of the 60's and was a part of widely known TV-series "Kabaret Starszych Panów" (Elderly Gentlemen's Cabaret):
