Very nice Japanese classic. Your repeated recommendation reminds me of the following rendition:

張信哲 - 假行僧

Here is something melancholy:

This is a very nice and calming music motif but the thing that impressed me far more is the plot of the movie under this title. I don't think I may have seen the film but the story of Chris Gardner's life is truly stunning and gives a hope to people living in similar circumstances as the main character of the movie. Smile

This song has something that we can call a kind of internal power, that is to say, a tornado of feelings hidden under the cover of the moderate interpretation. Wink

BTW, the gray-haired man in the video reminds me of the character played by Takeshi Kitano in the movie "Zatoichi". Here you have a final dancing scene from this film (well, it's fairly anachronistic as for the 19th century Japan but very good anyway):Wink

I have to admit that it is absolutely the best music piece I've heard for the last months. I wouldn't say that it may be described as something melancholic because I feel there too much of light and positive emotions. Moreover, the melody seems to be very closely related (in atmosphere) to Eastern Europe folklore too (despite of the specific instrumental arrangement, characteristic to East Asia). I like this recommendation a lot! Smile

i hate music. one can just tell it as is no need to sing and do this things. but music might have no lirics thats a different issue, or music might have barely understandable lyrics wich is fine also.

The second on your list, which sounds like a melodious folk song to me, is an amazingly-beautiful music piece. I wish it could be a bit longer. Top-notch recommendation. Wink

What is the most funny about it, I watched it with a Russian dubbing, lol. Smile The more I listen and watch in foreign languages, the more often I observe an interesting side effect: I understand what I hear but if somebody asked me in which language the movie/song was I would have to think for a while what I should answer exactly. Wink A week ago I watched a Russian movie from 1946 and after I finished watching I was very surprised that it wasn't in Polish. Rolling Eyes

There aren't totally happy people, everything has its darker sides. Every happy moment has to be paid with something else, there are many living aspects I have to "sacrifice" to get other ones. Wink

Both music pieces are excellently performed and extremely melodious. I prefer the first one because of the melodic line rich in various motifs and due to the sonorous, pleasantly sounding voices of the singers. Smile

The second song on your list reminds me of the following semi-classic (which was used as a short background theme in an action blockbuster):

Bad To The Bone

This is a very nice and pleasant music piece, especially due to the delicate voice of the songstress. Wink
