I like the third and the two last of the presented songs.

"Ma Che Freddo Fa" has got a very catchy, light melody yet despite its simplicity it's not trivial due to highly emotional artistic interpretation. Smile

The two Chinese songs are so lyrical and heart-moving that probably could soften an ordinary piece of rock... Wink

I like it too, not only due to the joyful and dynamic melody but also because of the specific "hoarse" singing technique of the both singers. Wink

I like the first song very much. The melody line is catchy and the lead songstress is ... very attractive. The MV is sexy too! Very nice recommendation. Wink

The song may not be my cup of tea, but the duet sounds truly unique to me. Thanks for your recommendation. Wink

I like all of your today's recommendations. Smile

I have to say that the 1st and 2nd tracks are versions of the song I know very well and since the first notes I felt it something familiar to me. Indeed, some time ago I posted here, in this thread, a Burmese version of this song (http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?p=135242#135242) performed by Sung Tin Par (Sone Tin Par / Sung Thin Par etc. etc. depending on the way of the romanization of the name):That's right, the rhythm is a bit faster there and is slightly syncopated but this is the same melody. Smile

The beginning of third recommendation gives me some kind of "ancient" feel (all those raw sounds of lyre remind me of the Hurrian hymn to Nikkal) but shortly after that the melody evolves into a fine contemporary music piece. Wink

The fourth song is also well-known to me because I've heard it many times in the RTHK 2 Sunday live auditions and, most probably, I remember it from the Teresa Teng rendition (the first song just at the beginning of the video presented below):The fifth one is an improbably sentimental track that easily gets stuck in the listener's head, reminds me of some Russian songs from the 70's and 80's, excellent choice. Smile

A song with the very strong and meaningful lyrics:A part of the chorus:
(...) Я повсюду иностранец,
И повсюду я вроде бы свой.
Словно лодка в океане,
Затерялся берег мой. (...)

Very nice recommendations. The 2nd song reminds of the following children's song:

路家敏 - 小太陽
