I think that this song represents similar style and mood:To me the melody is superb. Smile Talking of the lyrics, well... I don't understand it fully even if translated by Google. Nevermind, you don't need to pay attention to the text. Wink

The quality of the MV may not be top-notch, but the melody line is utterly catchy, I have to admit. Very good recommendation. Wink

The original composition is with no doubt wonderful but I prefer the guitar version - it has something special, something that exposes the fact that it was (as I suppose) intended for erhu and the electric guitar mimics it in a very impressive way. Smile

Wow, this music piece is definitely the best of your recent recommendations, bro!!! Mysterious yet soothing, this composition evolves imagination of the dimensionless space in my finite mind. You should recommend this timeless masterpiece to shoorick in the "Space Music" thread; I bet he would love it at first sight! Razz Wink

To me it sounds like a typical Baroque composition regardless of the fact that Gavin Bryars is a contemporary British composer hence my immediate associations have led me to the works of the greatest rockman of the 18th century - Johann Sebastian Bach:Wink

Baroque? A forum member? Rolling Eyes

Your recommendation is amazingly cheerful and lovely. It seems you know quite a lot about classical music. Wink

I appreciate your unique sense of humor but I meant here music of Baroque, a period of European art from around 1600 to 1750 CE. Wink
