jabberwock is a techno/trance 1997 track originally written by Skyscraper.
The 2003 remix by Solar Stone, a classic chill tune.

Solar Stone - Jabberwock (Chillout Mix)

Enjoy.

Well, I've listened to all your recent, improbably melancholic musical suggestions several times and finally pick the three I liked the most. Wink

To me, the best ones are positions from the fourth to the sixth:

Yeah, definitely music of 80's is something I know better from my private experience - in those times I listened to such tracks very often (as they were aired on the radio and TV back then). Smile The fifth of the aforementioned recommendations is quite in style of George Michael. Wink The sixth one has a strong "nocturnal" character, I like its warm and dense instrumental arrangement. This composition is a perfect example supporting a hypothesis about positive influence of low-frequency sound waves on the human mind. I feel chilled out now. Wink

Here you have two soothing songs. I suppose that some of you may agree with me that the first of songstresses is somehow physically and vocally similar to Amy Winehouse. Rolling Eyes Wink Cheerio! Smile

Yeah, I'm physically exhausted today, indeed. Wink I hope Amy Winehouse fans will forgive me this unusual comparison (if it was incorrect association). Razz

Let me dare to dedicate these two songs to the FASM board member who is wholeheartedly fond of sentimental sort of music. Wink Smile

The first one is a cover of the well known song "Caruso" performed by Belgian-Italian songstress Lara Fabian:The second one is a beautiful musical tale from Mongolia:Smile

Wow, this music piece is utterly melodious; it is definitely one of the best of your recent suggestions. Love it! Razz Wink

Your recommendation reminds me of the following equally soul-touching song sung by a lovely songstress:

許茹芸 - 獨角戲

I believe that the dedication is for some other forum member, not me, as I prefer up-tempo & energetic music like the following:

AC/DC - Thunderstruck
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKmYlnQv_dg

Simple Plan - Your Love Is A Lie
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAbcgmwq3EU

Hugo Montenegro - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Wow, these songs are almost identical when we are talking about the musical backing! Shocked Smile Seems that Serchmaa made a cover of this Chinese composition. Wink

Yes, my musical taste evolves over time but not so quickly as one might expect. Wink My soul can work in various "modes", hence you can notice some differences in my musical choices. Razz

Despite of the fact I'm a Saturday's child I have to admit that I like this song, especially thanks to the mellow and slightly "nasal" timbre of the singer's voice. Razz

I'd like to present here a song I found just yesterday. Seems that it must be a big hit in some countries because I've seen many karaoke performances with female singers in various age mimicking the original songstress. Wink Indeed, the light rhythm of the song, similar to the reggae, could suggest something like a child counting-out game, but as it turned out, the lyrics carry non-trivial meanings. Well, you can check it by yourselves since I attach here English translation of this text:
Mehrnoosh - Cheshmat (Eyes)

Your eyes are so beautiful

Your eye color looks so weird

In my eyes, the way you look seems warm and appealing and decent

Did you know that your eyes look like on of those eyes that we could draw when we were kids? (They look like children's drawings)

Did you know or not?

You knew that you didn't stay

You really broke my heart

You took away your eyes and and did something that I was even about to cry

Did you know that you're my eyes (you belong to me) and you're all of my hopes and dreams?

Did you know that you're always all of the moments that I have? (You're my every moment)

Did you know that I blew off all the chances that I could have, just for your pretty eyes?

Did you know or not?

Did you know that I wasted my youth, just for your weird eyes? (I wasted my life)

The song may be dedicated to all those who were, are and will be in love but, please, don't take anything personally - I recommend it here only because I'm impressed by this music piece. Wink

Cheerio! Smile
