I have to be honest with you. I am a bit disappointed by your suggestion. Sad Make no mistake. The song is perfect and I like it. Razz What disappoints me is the misspelled title - check this out. Confused

Meticulous persons never make such mistakes; if they do, they are not meticulous enough! Laughing Wink
Are you sure that you want to change this thread into linguistic studies? Wink I don't speak Tajik and my knowledge about Uzbek is very limited (a few dimes of popular nouns, verbs, numerals and some grammar rules) but I suppose you're wrong. Razz My guess is that neither "my" title nor "yours" is good since these are only phonetic Uzbek transcriptions of Tajik words made by Uzbek-speaking people who uploaded these videos. Wink

Yeah, impressive performance of a gifted singer with a strong voice. Wink By the way, I'm curious where this concert took place? Smile

Well, after some searches I can confirm what I said above: neither the title posted by me ("Nagzmi Binam") nor the title of the same song posted by you ("Nag'zmibinam") are correct as I supposed. Wink

The proper title is "Naghz mebinam" (with an acceptable Uzbek variant "Nag'z mebinam" since g' represents gh sequence in the Uzbek transcription). Tajik is currently written in Cyrillic alphabet, so its Tajik original will have the form "Нағз мебинам".

Here you have the lyrics of this song. Wink
Quote:

And here you have MV with the proper title:Enjoy! Very Happy

I am truly impressed! Wow, you know so many languages: Polish, English, Russian, Latin, Uzbek, and so on .... Now I am 100% certain that you are a meticulous, multilingual person! Razz

You're right. Who cares about the silly title? Wink

It's just... extraordinary beautiful. Very Happy When you listen to it you have a feeling that this melody isn't played on the piano but... is completely "internal", comes from inside your mind! Shocked Wink

To me, your second suggestion is way better than the first. Razz It's a pity that you had it deleted! Sad

Do NOT listen to guignol. Sometimes he/she likes messing around! Wink

Unique combination of the rock beat and the Polish folk music from the highlands. Wink

Here you have something similar: one of the best songs (lyrics is very important here) by the Polish rock band IRA (the name comes from the Latin word 'ira' i.e. 'anger'):Enjoy! Wink

Very nice bossa nova. Smile I like it for its lightness, soothing character and melodic line which is unconventional (includes various music motives). It's only a pity that it's so short... Wink

DJ Mauretto, may I post, in my blog, a link to your myspace webpage? Rolling Eyes

Please note that such a move may drastically reduce the number of visits to your webpage. Twisted Evil
