I wish I could see here that you will write someday: "I'm finally happy because I've reached internal harmony". Wink

BTW, I wish I could say the same too. Razz

Our correspondence in this thread reminds me very much some scenes from the "Pink Panther" comedies: Cato vs Clouseau - The Pink Panther Strikes Again Wink Wink Razz

Yeah, this song really rocks! Very energetic and dynamic. Wink Singer's timbre of voice is really unique here! I could compare him with the Piotr Szczepanik in his best hits. Smile Wonderful song in the Italian style. Wink

Polish great singer Anna German recorded a few songs in Italian during her tournee in Italy:Very Happy

A song taken from the 1972 Neil Young album 'Harvest'.

Neil Young - Heart of Gold (1972)
Moody blues from the hippie era - almost obvious association leads me to the Scott McKenzie's immortal ballad "San Francisco" (this song is one of the most beautiful I've ever heard in my life; improbably romantic mood). Very Happy
Ah, I adore this San Francisco song MHajduk.

Something different,
Taken from the album 'Earthbound' released 2002 by Paul Schwartz a track called Ravens featuring Lisbeth Scott voice.
Unfortunately i can't locate the song on youtube but you can hear a small sample here

Yeah, this is only small piece of the song but yet gives us some information about the whole music piece. I can classify this as a "dark" and melancholic song; to me, it sounds like something in the Celtic / Scandinavian style. The voice of the singer is impressive, indeed. Very Happy

I think I've finally found something for those who suffer from the chilly weather. Wink My favorite Tibetan female singer Kelsang Metok in two energetic and warming, folk-based songs:

He deserved the win. He is so skillful! His brilliant performance reminds me of Terry Fator, the winner of the 2007 AGT:

Yes, this performance is superb! I like Terry's sense of humor. Smile

There, in the second edition of the Polish "Got Talent", which ended last Saturday, were many talented people worth of noting. For example, you can listen to the two well known hits performed by the singer with an amazing voice - Anna Teliczan:Smile

Yes, she has a wonderful singing voice. But I think her final performance was just OK, not great enough to win.

I still prefer Kasia Sawczuk! Wink

Yes, I know that. Wink

Kasia Sawczuk is really very talented young singer and I'm sure that we will hear about her in the future. Wink I hope it wouldn't be improper if I add here a few my private remarks about Kasia Sawczuk's appearance and face features. When I saw her performance I somehow associated it with this wonderful painting by excellent Flemish painter Anthony van Dyck (22 March 1599 – 9 December 1641):

http://www.abcgallery.com/V/vandyck/vandyck6.JPG

(Anthony van Dyck, "Family Group", Oil on canvas, Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg, Russia)

One can imagine that depicted woman (look, she seems to be still alive despite all these centuries which have passed away!) somehow may show future appearance of the Kasia Sawczuk (I mean here face, of course). Wink

OK, here you have something on the theme. In the video linked below you can see how beautiful was an old Flemish writing. Background music may be one of the Bach's works, but I'm not sure - maybe somebody else can help us to recognize it. Wink

[[ The Smurfs - Lullaby ]] - good night song, too bad, idk who is the song writer, and who sing it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtFYod3rN7U

the moment i first heard it (from a singapore radio station around 12 midnight, i remember it till now)

lyrics:
Quote:

Try to sleep now, close your eyes
Soon the birds would stop singing
Twinkling stars, are shining bright
They'll be watching you all night

All the things, you enjoy
On this beautiful day
All your friends, all your toys
will be waiting for you to play

"Mr moonlight will come bring you dreams
As soon as the lights are out
And tomorrow you must tell me
what those dreams were all about"

Try to sleep now, close your eyes
Try to think of tomorrow
All of us wish you good night
So I'm switching off the lights

One more hug, one more smile
Kiss you once, kiss you twice
I'll be here for a while
Try to sleep now and close your eyes

i think picnic will love this song for sure Smile Smile

a little google brought me to think blog,
