I installed it. Nothing really different. Maybe bug fixes.
But also incompatibilities with some programs.

Oh yes, for me nothing broke. The reason why they delayed it was problems with Microsoft Dynamics RMS, but I don't use that, I'm not aware of anything else that breaks (not saying there isn't anything, but nothing I use broke).
