If you are willing to read a lot theory, and thus learn a lot for later when you can use the theory, then google for Art of Assembly book. It's free online, but it's not FASM syntax.
Otherwise, well , just study examples, play with them etc... |

Thank you! No. I'm willed to LEARN. Otherways I wouldn't learn a language like ASM would I? I knew it would be alot of work. It seems there alot different version of "Art of Assembly" in the internet. Could you give me a more specific search string or the direct link? :O

not any Book,only Intel Manuals and learn many source this is all
If you like programming on Bios/Dos/Win/Linux then learn about your system,or if you like Hardware programming start with PC architecture download specification and learn anything Good Programming with asm |

I have learned a lot from this tutorial : http://drpaulcarter.com/pcasm/
It uses NASM+GCC but it's still a nice and clear syntax. And download the Intel documentation, at least the instruction set reference : http://developer.intel.com/products/processor/manuals/index.htm |

Intel Manuals are the foundation to a deep understanding of x86 - other tutorials are mainly rehashes of the information found there combined with environment specifics and individual style. Instructions can be researched in groups (laid out in Vol.1 Ch.5) to reduce focus and ease digestion. There are invaluable resources like the instruction encoding map, and effected flag Appendix.
