You could use gdb + a frontend like insight (a GUI for gdb). http://sources.redhat.com/insight/
gdb does have a funny syntax by default, although im pretty sure i've seen that you can make it output intel syntax instead of the default AT&T. Hopefully insight allows you to do it too. |

edb is a promising linux debugger with a GUI frontend, supposedly supporting x64.
Requires QT and boost |

insight is still buggy on 64 bit linux. ddd works better but it is not as nice looking. anyway what good are looks if it crashes? so... I installed 32 bit linux in virtualbox and i work on 32 bit code there in insight and on my 64 bit linux host i work with ddd.
