i use fasm to generate raw opcodes
sometimes i forgot about use32, and instead of mov eax,123 it generate mov ax,123 ...

thres no eax in 16 bit mode! I dont know why its that, shouldnt it be 'raw'?
As long opcode is valid, is should be generated?

there is. you just need 66h prefix
