The latest version has this option:
Code: stdcall GetIniBit,ini_path,_section_options,_key_options_oneinstanceonly,param_buffer,1 The earlier version always gave one instance and did not check for .ini settings. |

Thanks, revolution. Will the next version have a tool bar. If so I suggest a Find button and a Find next button. And to push it a little; build it in the far right of tool bar with it's edit window just like the new Adobe Reader or the New Netscape. That will take the cake. Everything else will be a bonus. Small button bar (separate bitmaps for each button.) This will make it easy for user to customize without all the weight. Anyway, even just to have a Find Next Buttons would make me happy. Saving room while still keeping it simple.
One more thing what would I have to do to force a return to left of page. In fasmW you can put the cursor anywhere and start type at that location. I'm old fashion, I want it start at end of text or when I hit enter to take it to the beginning of a new line like notepad. Thanks again |

You can always add a top-level menu option that is "find next", that would be simple to do. Remember you can customise to suit your needs.

Yap, one thing lead to another. It's going to take some major surgery. How Tomasz Grysztar got the floating cursor in there is beyond me. I wish I knew it purpose. I never seen nothing so well written and organize like this before. Time to learn some assembler... I'm going in...

I still need the old version because I'm seeing errors in this new version. I select text and the only way to delete is by using the menu command. That was not a problem in version 0.93.8. Either way I need it to make things easier to track down changes that may needs to go back, at lease in my case.
Thanks |

Do you want the source .asm file or the .exe or the whole package or what? I have all previous versions of 1.67.xx here.

FASM version 1.67.7 is suppose to have fasmW Interface version 0.93.8 complete with source should be fine.
Complete FASM version 1.67.7 zipped would be perfect. |

I will attach it here for a short time. When ya got it let me know and then I'll delete it so as not to overload the board.
I had to remove the examples section to make it fit under 700k, if you need that also, then I'll do a separate upload. <removed> Last edited by revolution on 27 Apr 2008, 09:04; edited 1 time in total |

There is nothing wrong with the latest fasmW Interface version 0.93.15
I did all kind to replacing this and that include, than had to replace code. It took me to places where no man but few has ever been before. I ran like hell to get out of there, put everything back in place the hard way and accidenly forgot to replace the old inifile with the new. The which caused the new FasmW to work properly. Anyway, it must be some kind of cross-up in code, the way the inifile turns out for each version after execution. I had gave version 0.93.15 version [0.93.8] inifile and it worked fine. I wasted all day and night to find that out. But the good think is that get gave me an execute to explore the code that I once would not dare to even write a comment in. Anyway, about the (Find Next buttons). I did that before (top-level menu option) There is plenty of room on FasmW menu. No need to waste space with a extra row of buttons. I can do that but that may be as far as I will go. I got a life to live and others promises to keep. Thanks for all the great tips... I had my rest. I'm going back in !!! ![]() |
