sleepsleep, good one.
Create a dll and run it through rundll32.exe (the user can not detect the exact process to kill). When the 1st process is opened, it calls the other one (using the same dll previously loaded). As sleepsleep said, one process watch the other. Make this "watching" by calling CreateMutex and GetLastError winapi functions (read description).
