I would like to hear about the experiences of users who tried both Virtual PC 2007 and Vmware Workstation \ Server. Comparing the performance and consumption of host system resources, what are your observations for those products?

virtual pc works very good on xp stations. it is used as demo platform in many cases.

dunno if vmware is better, but as vpc is a ms product, on ms os it will be better.

Kind of a limited range, don't you think? Make your own BIOS emulator!

very limited, build your own µP based on multiasm opcodes with a modular architecture and quantum calculations with neuronal conections... hem... offtopic or too far vision of the future?

Virtual PC 2007 won't (supposedly) even install on Vista Home versions. So, that alone rules it out for me. Razz
