windows doesn't do the correct commandline - need a byte "g" at [esi-$7F].
Only get the message with the correct 'password'. Smile

Windows puts the first byte of the command line at [si-$7E].
Changes everything. Confused
Code:
    org $100

    mov cl,119
.0: bt [si+dat-$100],cx
    sbb bl,[bx+si-$7E]
    jc .1
    bt [si+dat-$100],cx
    adc bx,ax
    inc cx
    xchg ax,bx
    int $29
    salc
.1: loop .0
    retn

db $FD,$FC,$FB,$FA,$F9,$F8,$F7,$F6
db $F5,$F4,$F3,$3A,$42,$84,$F6,$F5
db $F4,$F3,$30,$36,$39,$3C,$49,$6C
db $3C,$41,$44,$49,$6D,$7F,$94

label dat word

db $80,$2F,$D3,$0D,$DC,$47,$63,$73
db $D2,$DC,$06,$69,$C6,$22,$46
...command line has to be "h", or in DOS "?h" (second character is "h").

I was using AndreaMosaic, with its default image collection, to create the output. We need to have an image collection of members' photos, screendumps of fasm source code and forum messages, etc., which should have hundreds of images, to create a decent output that really belongs to this board! Anyone willing to compile such a collection?

as it is the 5th birthday of the forum, no need of source codes.
just put a contiguous overview of all the forum like a far view of all messages.
something like that, but with all the articles of the forum... with thiner bands.
Image
this forum still contains all the needed elements, members pictures in fasm member topic, fasm source code in various topics, some drawings and fun in many topics, and a lot of various source codes.

but don't forget the screenshots of the others parts of the site. there are the download, exemple, main index exeamples and mesages boards. and maybe some other hidden parts as the picture from Tomasz on a secret area.. remember the topic about the new picture technologies.

I think that small piece of code on the front of FASM T-shirt wouldn't be a bad idea. Especially if it's a known gem. I like this, written by Norbert Juffa in 1998:
Code:
       cmp al, 10
      sbb al, 69h
     das
It converts single hex digit in al to single ASCII symbol in al.

Of course, it also could be only FASM-specific code such as one-liners (see http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?p=40085#40085).

On the back of FASM-shirt could be some funny slogan ("I'm crazy about FASM" or similar) or reproduction of Shoorick's cartoon.

I think we can have several designs for members to choose from. Maybe we can just let members download the design and have it printed on their T-shirts. This saves a lot of trouble, e.g., accepting orders, delivery issues, etc.

Madis731: what design do you want?
as it will be official T-shirt, before to make a T-shirt, it shall be official... but as fasm is a DIY tool, then, nothing is official with fasm.

would be funny if everyone have a customised different T-shirt...?

and note, if you talk about the design on hte first page, it is just an overview, not the real design. Very Happy
Quote:

judging from experience with last FASM t-shirts, do NOT place too big pictures on them

with my own experience of T shirt design, do do it yourselves. Ask to a Professional of T-shirt customisation. Very Happy

yeah..fine! but the circular code is not a good idea.. Sad or put it at the TOP of the CODE. morse Fasm is a good idea. fun!

thimis: the site where you put the picture is full of shitty banners and popup.. change it, for exemple, i put everything on http://hebergementimages.com , it works very good.

$11/shirt is okay, but need to order 20+. Think I get shirts that say: "If lost return to: {address}" once senility starts to set in. Laughing

Just thought of this idea: We can also create wallpapers that are based on the designs for the T-shirts. Wearing a T-shirt with a handsome design and sitting in front of a LCD monitor with a background image of that design ... would be sort of cool! Wink

I would definitely order a FASM shirt, just make one without confusing circular text! Smile. Seriously, we should have a vote held as to what code will be put on it. I personally believe my AES engine would look great Wink. Then again, a little Hello World program never hurt anyone.

PS: Make sure you put FASM code in there! AKA struct, macro, tons of stuff from fasm into a little piece of foobar code!

PS2:
Quote:
"If lost return to: {address}"
It should be "If lost, please return to $"

At the very least, it should say, "Thanks, Tomasz!" and maybe even have his pic with a halo around it or something. Wink
