Installed it yesterday, took about 45 minutes to an hour. It rebooted three times and then was done. No problems with anything so far. A few things seem a bit snappier, window and web page (re)draws seem to go a bit faster.
All my computer/console emulators work fine. All my paint / utilities / programming tools work good. My only problem that I'm having is with my ATI video drivers, but I blame that on ATI, not Microsoft. Over-all a good experience for me Very Happy

installed it when it's out as RTM (at the end of february) and found that manually configured lan connection didn't save default route address, it really pissed me off and i "downgraded" to winxp again

ps. also hiberfil.sys can't be removed in vista now

f0dder, XP SP3 should be coming soon (although I dunno when exactly).

Yes, I too got Vista SP1 today, and they still didn't fix the DPMI 32 MB limit bug. Ugh!

P.S. madmatt, ATI is owned by AMD now, so blame them. Wink

The truth is out ... DOS has no limits (but won't do too much work
for you either).
